YEAR ROUND
- Visit one of the greater Riverside area's many historical
landmarks or museums including: the CA Museum of Photography,
Shades of Art Gallery, Riverside Municipal Museum,
Riverside Art Museum, The Historic Mission Inn Museum,
March Field Museum
- Take in a show or concert at any of our local theatres
or venues like: the Riverside Children's Theater,
Riverside Community Players, California's Riverside
Ballet, Riverside County Philharmonic, Riverside Municipal
Auditorium
- A close drive to some of the best Indian resorts
in the State.
- Hang out and play a round of miniature golf at several
of the amusement parks located
nearby.
- Take in a movie in one of Riverside's many movie
theatres and drive-ins. Riverside also is home to
some of the finest bowling facilities in the entire
country.
- Visit UCR's own Botanic Gardens, nestled on the
corner of campus near the Science Library.
- Riverside has one of the densest areas of golf courses
in the world. Some of the world's finest golf courses
can be found here.
- PLAY at one of the areas many parks or HIKE
a mountain trail.
- SHOP at one of the many local malls including:
the Galleria at Tyler, Moreno Valley Towncenter, or
the Outlet Mall at Cabazon.
