The University of California Electronic Communications Policy governs all electronic communications, whether by the web or other developing media, and includes information on confidentiality and security. In addition Computing and Communications maintains a list of the "Use Policies" that govern all campus computing and networking activities including user rights and responsibilities, appropriate use, and enforcement.
