How do I change
a student's grade after I've filed my report?
All grades except I and IP are final when submitted by an
instructor on the end-of-term course report. No grade may
be changed except within the time limits and under the conditions
specified in Riverside Senate Regulations R5
governing grade appeals.
An instructor may approve and report to the Registrar a correction
of a recorded course grade at any time if clerical or procedural
error has been made in assigning, transmitting, or recording
the original grade.
No final term grade, except the I grade, may be revised as
a result of re-examination or the submission of additional
work after the close of the term.
