What employee
benefits programs does UCR offer?
The employee benefits program includes health, dental, and
vision care: income protection (life and disability insurance);
retirement and tax-deferred savings; and payroll deductions
plans. Some benefits programs are paid for by the University;
others require participants to cover some or all costs.
