While faculty members are encouraged to apply for extramural awards and fellowships, the College will supplement salaries only once every three years.
The College will expect the faculty member to use 9 sabbatical credits before it considers such a supplementation. An exception to this expectation applies to junior faculty members who will be asked to contribute whatever sabbatical credits they have accumulated.
The maximum college contribution will not exceed 33% of a faculty member’s nine-month salary.
The foregoing policies are subject to yearly budgetary constraints and will depend upon the availability of funds.
